Job Overview

This hybrid role requires strong skills in both modern web design and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. You will play a key role in shaping our digital identity, improving user experience, and increasing brand engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Web Design & Development

• Design, build, and maintain responsive, SEO-friendly websites that align with brand guidelines.
• Manage e-commerce platforms (primarily WordPress & WooCommerce) to ensure high performance and user experience.

Digital Marketing

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
• Lead SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings and generate targeted traffic.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and related tools.

Content & Social Media

• Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms.
• Create compelling content to grow our digital community and strengthen online engagement.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and monitor key metrics like open rates and conversions.

Optimization & Innovation

• Conduct regular website audits and updates to ensure optimal speed, usability, and SEO compliance.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in both web design and digital marketing.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in WordPress and WooCommerce (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and Google Analytics.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, website hosting, and routine site maintenance.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
