We are a leading company in the Advertising, Branding, and Exhibition Design industry, and we’re expanding rapidly! We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Sanding Helper to join our production team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in surface preparation, finishing, and painting, all while being part of a creative and innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sanding and smoothing various surfaces using hand tools and power sanders.
• Remove old paint, rough spots, and imperfections to prepare surfaces for finishing.
• Support the preparation of materials for painting, staining, and other treatments.
• Work closely with painters, carpenters, and other production staff to ensure the timely completion of projects.
• Perform basic touch-ups to ensure that finished work meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
• Follow all company safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
• Ensure surfaces are properly prepped for the next stage of finishing.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of sanding tools and surface preparation techniques.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the production and finishing field.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive tasks.
