Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute slickline operations in accordance with company and client standards
Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures
Manage crew performance and job readiness
Coordinate with client representatives and internal teams on-site
Provide accurate and timely reporting
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of field experience in slickline operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of downhole tools and pressure control equipment
Previous international/remote location experience preferred
Valid well control and H2S certifications
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
