We are seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join our steel production team. The role involves operating, setting up, and maintaining machines used in the production of Cut & Bend steel, Welded Mesh, Drawn Bars, and Plain Bars. Operators will ensure production targets are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards, Setting up machines before production to ensure proper working order

1. Operating machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets
2. Monitoring machine operation for irregularities and making adjustments as needed
3.Inspecting finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications
4. Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on machines
5. Troubleshooting mechanical issues and reporting major faults to maintenance teams
6. Keeping accurate production and maintenance records
7. Following safety protocols and company policies at all times
8. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve processes
