• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets
• Lead, coach, and develop store team members to ensure high performance and engagement
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain strong visual merchandising standards
• Assist with inventory control, scheduling, and operational compliance
• Provide leadership on the floor by setting the tone for a positive and productive environment
• Help drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategic initiatives
