Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the hardware, building materials, and construction sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and expertise to clients, helping them select the best products for their needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of our products.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, specifically in hardware, building materials, construction items, or machine tools.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and related products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the GCC market, particularly in Dammam, KSA.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
