Role Description

• The position of Customer Services Representative Crossroad Consultants in Karachi is full-time & on-site for a female employee. The Receptionist will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing front office operations, providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and maintaining communication with clients and staff.

Client Focused

• Ensure clients requirements and processing is done on priority
• Clients must be informed on each step.
• Any difficulity in process should be highlighted immediately to management
• Research and provide solutions to client

• Communication:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments.
• Communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage and organize client documents and files.
• Assist with basic document preparation and data entry.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Client Support:
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Assist clients with form distribution.
• Other Duties:
• Any other duties assigned by management.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse populations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in an education or immigration consultancy is a plus.
