We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Social Media Customer Engagement Officer to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will engage with our audience across various platforms, build strong relationships, and act as the voice of our brand. Additionally, this role offers an exciting opportunity to dive into the rapidly growing field of YouTube Automation, allowing you to shape the future of video-driven engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle client inquiries and service applications.
· Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding their requirements.
· Maintain high customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
· Collaborate with the team to ensure timely processing of client applications.
· Stay updated on service-related policies and procedures to provide informed assistance to clients.
· Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews on all social media platforms.
· Foster genuine conversations with followers to build community trust and loyalty.
· Address and resolve customer complaints, questions, and issues professionally and promptly.
· Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure resolution.
· Play an active role in developing, managing, and optimizing automated YouTube content workflows.
Requirements:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information.
· Knowledge of service processes and procedures is a plus.
· Proven experience in customer engagement or social media management.
· Proficient in using social media management tools.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
