Job Description:

• Plan and execute fun, engaging, storytelling and safe events for children and families, including birthday parties, seasonal festivals, holiday celebrations, and character appearances.
• Develop event themes, concepts, and activity plans in line with the play land's branding and audience.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, maintenance, F&B) for smooth event delivery.
• Supervise setup, execution, and cleanup of events to ensure quality and safety.
• Handle any guest issues or last-minute changes professionally and efficiently.
