Maalik Oil Field Services is a leading provider of catering, camp management, and workforce solutions for the oil and gas sector. we are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities at our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience while supporting administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and documents.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes in accordance with company protocols.
- Support administrative staff with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with office support teams for scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and handling courier dispatches.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, including health, safety, and customer service policies.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Personality: Presentable appearance, polite demeanor, and customer service-oriented attitude.
- Other: Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
