Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Human Resources Management
- Business Administration
- Industrial/Organizational Psychology
- Labor Relations
Professional Certifications (Highly Preferred):
- Certification in labor laws or employment compliance (especially valuable in regions with complex labor frameworks)
- Construction-specific HR training (if available)
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior HR
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to:
- Handle large workforce mobilizations (local & expatriate)
- Manage project-based employment structures
- Oversee compliance with labor laws and site regulations
- Handle HR operations across multiple construction sites

- Union/labor relations (where applicable)
