
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing HR functions across multiple business units, particularly in the education sector (schools, medical colleges, training centers) and large multinational corporations (MNCs).
This is a key role responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, driving HR compliance, and providing strategic input across diverse business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all HR activities for various business units, including schools, training centers, and corporate functions.
- Manage employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws across all units.
- Knowledge of MOE rules & regulations.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Coordinate training and development programs across departments.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from staff and management.
- Assist in policy implementation and HR process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with proven exposure to multiple business units.
- Hands-on experience in submitting visa applications, applying for NAFIS, GPSSA will be added advantage.
- Experience using MOHRE and KHDA portal will be a plus.
- Experience in schools, training centers, medical colleges and MNC environments is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Pro-active and smart.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
