Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven LinkedIn Outreach Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation and LinkedIn-based outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and nurturing potential leads through personalized LinkedIn messaging and follow-up campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to generate qualified B2B leads.
- Create personalized connection messages, follow-ups, and drip campaigns to engage prospects.
- Conduct research to identify ideal client profiles and decision-makers within target industries.
- Manage outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and automation tools like Lemlist, Expandi, Waalaxy, or similar.
- Track and analyze outreach performance metrics, adjust strategies accordingly to improve ROI.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of new prospects while managing ongoing communications with existing leads.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with broader lead generation goals.
- Keep up-to-date with LinkedIn trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation.
- Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant outreach tools.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and personalized messages.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
- Experience using outreach automation tools such as Expandi, Lemlist, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-quality prospects.
Preferred Qualification:
- Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
- Understanding of buyer personas and lead nurturing workflows.
