Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven LinkedIn Outreach Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation and LinkedIn-based outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and nurturing potential leads through personalized LinkedIn messaging and follow-up campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to generate qualified B2B leads.
  • Create personalized connection messages, follow-ups, and drip campaigns to engage prospects.
  • Conduct research to identify ideal client profiles and decision-makers within target industries.
  • Manage outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and automation tools like Lemlist, Expandi, Waalaxy, or similar.
  • Track and analyze outreach performance metrics, adjust strategies accordingly to improve ROI.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of new prospects while managing ongoing communications with existing leads.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with broader lead generation goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with LinkedIn trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation.
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant outreach tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and personalized messages.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
  • Experience using outreach automation tools such as Expandi, Lemlist, or similar is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-quality prospects.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of buyer personas and lead nurturing workflows.
