Experience: 3-4 years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering, Additional qualifications in Supply Chain Management.

Salary: 95k-100k

Job Description:

• Manage procurement of technical equipment including amusement rides, show systems, mechanical components, electrical panels, lighting systems, and ride control systems.
• Understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and compliance requirements for specialized equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors capable of delivering custom or high-spec amusement equipment.
• Coordinate technical discussions between internal engineers and suppliers.
• Conduct comparative analysis of vendor quotes, factoring in cost, quality, compliance, and lifecycle support.
• Negotiate pricing, warranties, delivery terms, and after-sales service agreements with suppliers.
• Draft and review technical clauses in contracts in coordination with legal and engineering teams.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of equipment from international or local vendors.
• Use ERP or procurement software to manage POs, GRNs, vendor performance data, and technical evaluations.
• Ensure full documentation trail for audits and safety compliance reviews.
