Job Title: HSE Doctor / Occupational Health Doctor

Department: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

Job Summary:

The HSE Doctor is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and safety of employees by providing medical services, health surveillance, and guidance on occupational health issues. This role also supports compliance with occupational health standards and contributes to the company's overall HSE strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees at the worksite.
• Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations.
• Monitor and manage occupational health hazards and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain medical records in compliance with local regulations and company policy.
• Participate in risk assessments and advise on health-related aspects of workplace safety.
• Implement and oversee health surveillance programs (e.g., hearing, respiratory, vision).
• Provide health education and wellness programs to employees.
• Assist in investigating work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Support HSE audits and compliance inspections.
• Liaise with external medical providers and regulatory authorities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
• Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Certification in occupational health or industrial medicine is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in occupational health or an industrial setting.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of occupational health standards and legislation.
• Excellent clinical skills and decision-making ability.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and respond to emergencies.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and HSE reporting systems.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
