Job Overview

The QA/QC Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control across various projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and client specifications. Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and maintain the company's overall quality management system.
* Establish and enforce quality assurance and quality control standards and procedures across all projects.
* Lead and manage a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards.
* Identify and analyse quality issues, propose corrective actions, and ensure their effective implementation.
* Prepare and submit quality reports to senior management and clients.
* Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices in quality management.
* Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance and quality control procedures.
* Manage and maintain quality documentation and records.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry.
* Proven leadership and management skills.
* Strong understanding of international quality standards and regulations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English.
* Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
