Job Title: Accounts Officer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Industry: Catering / Hospitality
Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, especially in invoicing and payroll, with at least 2 years of UAE experience. Experience in the catering or hospitality industry will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist in daily accounting tasks including data entry and reconciliations
• Support month-end closing activities
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
• Follow up on receivables and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge in invoicing and payroll processes
• Experience in the catering industry is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Must be available to join immediately
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
