Job Description

Job Description.

· Provide administrative support to the team.

· Manage and maintain Head office, building, Outlets nationwide, supplies, and equipment.

· Coordinate Office and Outlets maintenance approvals and complaints and timely resolve complaint.

· Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

· Maintain accurate records and databases.

· Maintain agreements/renewal of all locations.

· Timely generate all location utilities/landline/internet bills and go through for approval from management to avoid such penalties.

· Complete expense reports and assist with Organizational events.

· Ensure manage the daily basis activities from administration.

· Arrange courier services to ensure timely delivery and receipt of office supplies and other essential materials.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines on ongoing sites. Implemented safety measures as per project requirements.

· Perform additional duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

· Perform tasks as assigned by management.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
