Job Description

Almas Heights Real Estate is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Administrative & Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Dubai real estate industry, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, high-level executive schedule with efficiency, discretion, and professionalism.

This is a dual-role position that requires a proactive individual who is equally confident managing complex administrative responsibilities and overseeing the CEO’s day-to-day affairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including email management, filing, data entry, and daily office tasks.
  • Prepare, review, and manage real estate documents such as contracts, MOUs, and reports.
  • Update the CRM with accurate records of leads, listings, client interactions, and appointments.
  • Draft correspondence and create presentations, reports, and proposals using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Schedule meetings, client viewings, property inspections, and events.
  • Coordinate with developers and stakeholders on property launches, updates, and negotiations.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure document compliance with company standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant within Dubai’s real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, and CRM platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, DLD/Ejari).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Professional appearance, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Solid understanding of Dubai’s key areas, transport routes, and venues.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
