Asst Account Manager ( Construction Background)

Job Description
We are looking for an Asst. Accounts Manager who will be responsible for documenting & overseeing accounts matter
- Prepare Cash & Bank payment and receipts Vouchers and make sure completeness & accuracy of supporting documents
- Assist and prepare all bank related documents
- Assist in payroll processing on a monthly basis & prepare vouchers & supporting documents
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare payables & receivables party-wise reconciliations
- Current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Ensure all transactions are posted in ERP on a daily basis
- Assist line supervisor and CFO with other task/ assignments assigned.
- Maintain a daily petty cash book, make sure it is reconciled with cash ledger & cash in safe and submit summary to CFO on a daily basis.
- Prepare & maintain Hard & Virtual fiscal files and records for all transactions.
- Make sure disbursement of auto payments on monthly basis
- Ensure on time adjustment of advances from relevant departments
- Ensure Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual & Annual Closing
Requirements:
- Graduate, preferable accounting degree
- 1-2 years of accounting experience in reputed organization
- Must be proficient with MS Excel and ERP software
- Must be able to handle accounts independently
Education: B.COM/M.COM/MBA
