Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (Intern) with basic data entry skills to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, gain professional experience, and build a career in customer support and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Maintain and update customer records in databases and CRMs
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Generate basic reports and assist in administrative support tasks

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or final semester students are welcome
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and typing proficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time and work independently
  • Attention to detail and customer-focused attitude
