Job Responsibilities:

• Collect and maintain updated data on media outlets, content partners, and digital platforms.
• Research and identify potential clients for content distribution services.
• Build and update contact lists, client databases, and distribution channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support outreach campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports and summaries of collected data.
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of collected data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong research and internet browsing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
