Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Residential job role for a Data Entry Operator located in Karachi. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to data entry, administrative assistance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare site demands SDN on software.

· Prepare delivery Challans on Software (i.e. Charge Back, Regular Supply, Short Recoveries, Additional)

· Prepare damage and expiry notes.

· Receive DLM from F&V Purchaser/Procurement Officer and prepares DC (Delivery Challan) on ERP.

· Prepare multiple GRN (Goods Receiving Note) regarding all grocery & janitorial items

· Record MPR (Material Purchase Requisition) on ERP

· Ensure Compliance of all HSE, HACCAP, ISO 22000/9001/14000 & 45001 related guidelines related to his area of responsibility.

Skills

· Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues

· Excellent typing speed and accuracy

· Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management

· Customer service skills, including ability to handle inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

· Experience with data entry and/or data processing is a plus
