Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Draughtsman with proven experience in the GCC region to create high-quality technical drawings for bespoke joinery and interior fit out projects. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and well-versed in joinery detailing, with a clear understanding of regional standards and site conditions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Develop detailed joinery shop drawings from architectural and interior design plans.

·Produce material specifications, cutting lists, and fabrication drawings.

·Ensure all drawings align with GCC industry standards and project specifications.

· Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, and workshop teams.

·Revise drawings based on site measurements and design modifications.

·Conduct site visits when necessary for verification and coordination.

· Maintain drawing documentation and ensure revision control.

· Provide technical support during manufacturing and installation phases.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Joinery Draughtsman within the GCC region.

Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of additional design software is a plus.

Strong understanding of joinery construction methods, materials, and finishes.

Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.

Ability to read and interpret construction and interior design drawings.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred:

Experience in CNC programming and coordination with production teams. Knowledge of fire-rated and acoustic joinery detailing. ·Familiarity with UAE/Qatar/Saudi (or other GCC) construction codes and practices.
