Job Description

E-commerce Marketing Manager Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of our e-commerce projects. This individual will be responsible for all our e-commerce sites driving online sales growth, optimizing website performance, managing email marketing campaigns, and working closely with SEO specialists, UI designers, social media managers, and paid marketing teams. They will also take charge of designing and developing both existing and new websites tailored to specific industry or regional requirements and building a high-performing team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Operations:

Manage and oversee the performance of multiple e-commerce websites.

Ensure seamless website flow and high-converting user experience.

Monitor website analytics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

2. Design and Development:

Oversee and manage the design and development of existing websites and new sites as needed, adapting to specific industries or countries.

Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.

Continuously update and optimize sites based on emerging trends and market needs.

(Think of this as constantly upgrading your digital storefront to match the preferences of every customer in different neighborhoods worldwide.)

3. Email Marketing:

Create and manage email marketing campaigns targeting new and existing clients.

Develop strategies to improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Ensure email campaigns align with overall business goals and brand messaging.

(Email marketing is like sending personalized invitations or updates to loyal customers and new leads, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.)

4. Team Coordination:

Work closely with SEO specialists, UI/UX designers, social media teams, and paid marketing professionals.

Build and manage a team of specialists to achieve business objectives.

Coordinate with developers for website maintenance and updates.

5. SEO & Marketing:

Ensure all websites are optimized for organic search.

Develop strategies for paid ad campaigns and track ROI.

Oversee content creation for product pages, blogs, and social media platforms.

Analyze competitors’ strategies to refine the marketing approach.

6. Lead Generation & CRO:

Develop strategies for lead generation and improving conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns.

7. Strategic Planning:

Implement overall e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets.

Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive.

Report key metrics and progress to stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of SEO, paid marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce).

Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and website optimization.

Hands-on experience with website design and development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge is a plus).

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in managing international e-commerce projects.

Familiarity with CRO tools and A/B testing platforms.

Background in graphic design or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
