Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with 4+ years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for residential, commercial, and hospitality fit-out projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and familiarity with local suppliers and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate estimates.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material take-offs, and cost breakdowns.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify cost risks and provide value engineering options.
• Prepare tender submissions and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, designers, and procurement teams.
• Maintain a database of costs, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Attend site visits, meetings, and client presentations when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in estimation for fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of local market prices, materials, and suppliers.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, CCS Candy).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience with both commercial and residential fit-out projects.
