Job Overview:

Al Alia for Maintenance and Agriculture is looking for a dedicated and experienced Landscape Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping design and maintenance and must hold a valid driving license. A bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field is required. The role involves planning, executing, and supervising landscaping projects to ensure high-quality and sustainable outdoor environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and manage landscaping projects including public and private gardens, parks, and commercial green areas.
• Create technical drawings, specifications, and layout plans using software such as AutoCAD.
• Oversee on-site work, ensuring adherence to plans, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Select plants, materials, and design elements suitable to the region’s climate and soil conditions.
• Supervise and coordinate with teams of horticulturists, irrigation specialists, and maintenance staff.
• Ensure the proper installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
• Estimate costs, prepare quotations, and ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline.
• Conduct site visits and inspections using personal transportation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular reports to management and clients.
• Promote sustainability in landscape architecture and maintenance practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Landscape Engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in landscape project execution.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Proficiency in landscape design software (AutoCAD, GIS, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of regional plant species, irrigation systems, and soil management.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Available to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
