Oversee and coordinate MEP systems Drawings, coordination drawings & ongoing site clashes between all MEP system and optimization across all MEP system ensuring compliance with consultant standards and client specifications.

Collaborate with interior design, Main contractor, and subcontractors to resolve MEP coordination challenges and finalize the coordination drawing. Take overall responsibility for the shop drawings (HVAC/PLUMBING/ELECTRICAL) and final MEP coordination drawing. Check shop drawing and submittals for compliance and completeness before installation. Serve as the point of contact between all MEP contractors for operational follow-ups related to onsite challenges and clashes. Coordinate day-to-day activities across Contracting / Fit out teams ensuring the installation works done with minimum clashes of services.
Maintain the log sheets.
Skills: Strong communication skills 8 to 10 years of expertise in construction or MEP coordination in UAE
A desire to work as a team Strong grasp of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems Ability to recognize and resolve complex issues related to clashes General comprehension of building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes as they relate to project construction Familiarity with MEP works. Proficient computer skills Proficiency with AutoCAD required.
