Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical or BPO industry. The ideal candidate should also possess exposure to AI-driven marketing tools and strategies. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute campaigns, manage teams, and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead brand positioning and awareness campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Plan and manage SEO, social media, email, and paid campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to support business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Oversee and guide the marketing team, providing mentorship and performance reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships and marketing budgets efficiently.
• Explore and integrate AI tools for smarter campaign automation, lead generation, and analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role.
• Previous experience in the medical or BPO industry is preferred.
• Proven success in campaign planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing, such as predictive analytics, automation platforms, or chatbots.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
