NetSource is a digital marketing agency based in Ocala, Florida, serving clients nationwide across various industries. We’re looking for an SEO Specialist and Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you’ll develop and create compelling content to help improve our clients’ online visibility through a thoughtful SEO strategy. You’ll work in a supportive, communicative environment where your skills contribute directly to the success of both our clients and our agency.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Ocala, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear, compelling content that aligns with each client’s brand voice and marketing goals.
• Develop content strategies based on competitor analysis, industry research, client input, and SEO keyword data to improve search engine rankings.
• Research, understand, and write knowledgeably about a wide range of industries to support client needs.
• Monitor and optimize client performance in both traditional Google Search and Google Business Profile (Map) listings
• Apply strong writing skills, including grammar, punctuation, and structure, to execute high-quality, engaging content.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices through ongoing education, including workshops, research, and training.
• Actively participate in team and client meetings, contribute to educational sessions, and assist leadership in ongoing training of team members.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, accept and implement feedback, and communicate professionally to ensure project success.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or related fields.
• Two or more years of dedicated copywriting experience with knowledge of SEO tactics and English language skills.
• Proven ability to convey complex ideas clearly through excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organizational skills and a deadline-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• A strong portfolio of past work that includes experience in various channels (ex: blogs, website content, landing pages).
• Past writing experience within the outdoor adventure industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with WordPress (especially Divi), Asana, SEMRush, or Ahrefs is preferred but not required.
• You are able to work full time in our Ocala, Florida office; not a remote or hybrid position
