Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of agents, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in the competitive Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Train and support the sales team in generating leads and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and developers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and competitors.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management.
  • Oversee CRM management, lead tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate sector (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
