Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager – Business Development Head
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: QAR 7,000 – 7,500 per month
Working Hours: 6 days a week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Availability: Immediate / Urgent Hiring

Our client, a leading company in the crystal and luxury décor industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager – Business Development Head to drive growth and strengthen market presence across the MENA and Africa regions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in the crystal, chandelier, lighting, and décor sectors, with a strong track record of forging strategic partnerships and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and sales initiatives within the crystal, chandelier, and décor industries.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand market share across MENA and Africa.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product development, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business plans.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the crystal, décor, chandelier, or lighting (LED factory) industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of crystal exploration, chandelier manufacturing, and décor markets across MENA and Africa.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing business in international markets.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Strong network within the décor and lighting industry.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to the MENA or Africa region are a plus.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
