Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Abu Dhabi
Industry: Catering / Hospitality
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Accountant to manage our financial operations with a focus on payment receivables and team supervision. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the catering or hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collections
• Prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile accounts
• Monitor client payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Train and supervise junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain financial records in compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis
• Coordinate with other departments to support business operations
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience (catering or hospitality industry preferred)
• Proven experience in handling payment receivables and collections
• Strong personality with the ability to lead and train a small team
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
• Able to work independently and handle pressure
• Must be available to join immediately
