• Meeting clients, discussing Project Details, providing technical consultations and guidance regarding the technical and design aspects of the project.
• Cooperation with other engineering departments and coordination with them to implement architectural projects in an integrated manner.
• Ensuring the quality of architectural design and compliance with approved architectural standards and regulations.
• Reviewing and evaluating designs and drawings to ensure that they comply with project requirements and achieve the highest quality levels.
• Organizing and managing architectural design projects, cooperating with the team to ensure the implementation of designs within the specified schedule and Budget, following the progress of work and facing challenges or problems that arise during the process.
• Representing the company in front of clients and government agencies, building strong relationships and enhancing the company's image and position in the field of architectural design.
• Research of modern and creative methods and techniques in the field of architectural design and their application in projects.
• Meeting clients to explain the project and discuss the rest of the details of the project and modification, if any, whether on the architectural plan or facades.
• Sending the plans to the owners for approval, after which they are entered into the planning and municipality system, discussing the transaction with the planning and municipality, modifying it according to their request and sending it for approval.
• Preparing the final design and all project documents and submitting it to the government departments and following up the transaction until its approval.
