Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Keeper to oversee the Catering department within our store. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of inventory management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Keper -, you will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the department, and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day operations of the Store department, including stocking shelves, rotating merchandise, and ensuring that products are displayed attractively.

· Prepare Material Plaining, upkeep of all inventories.

· Prepare demands of material & issuance of material to execute the meal & services.

· Submission of daily issuance & consumption reports to concern department.

· Follow up of material for timely availability

· Monitoring & recording accurate meals counts everyday

· Compliance of meals service timings, HSE requirements, Hygiene standards, Documentation & Food Safety.

· Ensure compliance of all HSE, HACCP, ISO 22000 / 9001 & OHSAS 18001 related guidelines related to his area of responsibility.

Skills:

· Knowledge of catering items.

· Awareness of hospitality industry.

· Knowledge about Food and Beverages services.

· Microsoft Excel

· Planning and Organizing Skills

· Excellent Communication skills (written & spoken)

Experience:

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Catering industry will be preferred.

Education:

· Intermediate or B.COM.
