Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for a variety of roles, particularly in construction, engineering, and project management using a variety of methods, including online job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the company.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain and update the company’s recruitment database, ensuring that all candidate information is accurate and confidential.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Support the development of the company’s employer brand to ensure the company remains an attractive choice for top talent.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE labor market and construction industry recruitment trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
