Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Video Editor who can manage the end-to-end video production process, including ideation, scripting, editing, animation, voice-overs, and final delivery. The ideal candidate must be comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and maintain high-quality output at scale. This role demands both creativity and efficiency to handle bulk video creation without compromising on storytelling or brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create videos from scratch – from concept development and scripting to post-production.
• Write engaging scripts and content tailored to different formats and audiences.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into high-impact videos using advanced editing techniques.
• Add voiceovers, background music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
• Design and incorporate animations and motion graphics where needed.
• Use AI-powered tools (e.g., text-to-video, voice synthesis, script generation, auto-editing platforms) to accelerate video creation and improve quality.
• Manage bulk video production workflows with quick turnaround while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to align visual messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, AI tools, and editing software features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video editing and content creation.
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Knowledge of animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, or similar).
• Strong storytelling and content writing abilities.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for video, audio, and text (e.g., Descript, Runway ML, Synthesia, Pictory, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Ability to manage high-volume projects efficiently without compromising quality.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, visual composition, and audio syncing.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other digital video platforms.
• Understanding of SEO and video content optimization.
• Voice-over experience or the ability to coordinate with voice talent.
