Job Title: Video Production Manager
Department: Pre Production / Operations
Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore
Reports To: CEO
Note: (Commute Location to Location)

Job Summary:
The Video Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of pre production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, process optimization, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experienced in driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day pre production operations to meet quality, output, and delivery targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules, sight visiting for product shoot, staffing plans, and workflow strategies.
• Monitor production KPIs and performance metrics, analyze data and generate reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of supervisors, field coordinators, light man, videographers and line workers support employee training and development.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technology, and equipment upgrades to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing shoots or production operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of production planning, R&D of industrial factories, and supply chain principles.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, Google sheets experience with manufacturing software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
