• Check stock Availability on Daily basis for all three depots.
• Maintain Stock on daily basis.
• Follow up with third party for collection of defective parts from different cities.
• Make sure to enter defective parts into WMS Spots on time.
• Printing and paste the disposition labels of Defective parts on each unit.
• Send the Disposition labels to LHE and ISB to paste on Defective parts.
• Daily check of Cisco Vehicle maintenance.
• Daily check on Fuel average of Cisco vehicle
• Daily check for warehouse cleanness and make sure that Janitor staff working properly.
• Follow up with Bank for EIF approvals.
• Follow up with PTA for NOC approvals.
• Participation in Quarterly scanning of complete warehouse.
• Make pallets of Defective parts with proper list pasted on Pallets.
• Prepare outstation media and packing and prepare to handover to star cargo.
• Record filing on daily basis.
• Coordination with admin and supply chain for requirements.
• Coordination for Monthly requirements of stationary, Tea Material and Cleaning material.
