Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Proactively identify and approach potential clients to promote our services.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic selling.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

• Multilingual (Hindi, Urdu, English & Bangla) is a plus
