Key Responsibilities:

• Install new air conditioning systems, including split units, central systems, and ductwork.
• Inspect and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in AC units.
• Perform maintenance such as cleaning coils, changing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring proper system operation.
• Repair or replace defective parts (motors, compressors, thermostats, etc.).
• Test systems for proper functioning using specialized tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and customer information.
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and regulations.
• Provide estimates for repair or installation jobs.
• Communicate clearly with clients about issues, solutions, and maintenance practices.
