Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize and configure CRM solutions to optimize service desk operations and comprehensive case management workflows.
  • Integrate CRM systems seamlessly with GIS, telephony (CTI), and Maximo platforms for holistic data management.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for staff on CRM usage and advanced reporting tools.
  • Monitor and optimize workflows to ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maximize operational efficiency.
