Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Executive (Chat Base) to join our dynamic team for our Design and Development Campaign. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of proven experience on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.com. If you're passionate about generating leads, closing deals, and achieving targets through chat-based communication, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle chat-based client communication on freelancing platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.com.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for website design and development services.
• Draft customized proposals and quotations according to client requirements.
• Convert leads into sales through strong persuasion and solution-oriented communication.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the design and development team to ensure accurate project delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience on Upwork and Freelancer.com (Chat-based Sales ONLY).
• Solid understanding of Web Design, Development Services, and Industry Trends.
• Excellent written English communication skills — grammar, tone, and clarity are a must.
• Strong knowledge of writing winning proposals and cover letters.
• Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• A proactive mindset with a go-getter attitude toward achieving goals.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts.
• Ability to handle multiple chats and maintain professionalism under pressure.
