Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update stock details of medicines and supplies in the system.
• Maintain records of received, dispatched, and returned items.
• Keep inventory counts accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely data entry of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports as required.
• Assist in tracking expiry dates and flagging short-dated items.
• Ensure barcode scanning (if applicable) is accurate for each product.
• Support the pharmacy and warehouse team during audits or stock checks.
• Report any stock mismatch or data errors to the supervisor.
• Keep digital files and records organized and secure.
