We are looking for a DevOps Consultant with 4–5 years of experience to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP mandatory), a background in software engineering, and a passion for optimizing development and deployment workflows. You will collaborate with developers to ensure smooth software delivery, automate processes, and enhance system security.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and integrate cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
· Work with GCP compute, storage, and networking services to establish robust infrastructure.
· Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines.
· Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or Deployment Manager.
· Monitor system performance and set up alerts for proactive issue resolution.
· Improve system security and ensure compliance with best practices.
· Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize system performance.
· Support cost optimization efforts for cloud infrastructure.
· Bonus: Exposure to ML model deployment and MLOps workflows.
Skills & Qualifications:
· 4–5 years of experience in cloud-based DevOps environments.
· Hands-on experience with GCP is mandatory.
· Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
· Proficiency in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, GitHub).
· Familiarity with serverless computing and microservices architectures.
· Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation tasks.
· Good understanding of network security, VPCs, and VPNs.
· Knowledge of monitoring tools like Cloud Monitoring (Stackdriver), Prometheus, or Grafana.
· Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
· Bonus: Experience with ML workflows or MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
