Job Title: Female Receptionist

Job Summary:
Body Perfect Polyclinic is looking for a smart, friendly, and well-presented Female Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and inquiries.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment bookings.
  • Coordinate schedules for doctors, therapists, and consultants.
  • Maintain a clean and professional front desk area.
  • Handle payments, issue invoices, and manage client records.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service (clinic or healthcare experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge Tagalog Language is an mandate
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
