Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and imaginative 3D Designer with experience in events, exhibitions, and trade show stand design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, eye-catching, and functional 3D concepts that bring our clients’ brands to life in physical spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative 3D concepts for exhibition stands, event spaces, kiosks, and brand activations.
• Develop high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations using tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Cinema 4D.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, sales teams, and clients to understand design briefs and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all designs are feasible in terms of build, budget, and timelines.
• Prepare technical drawings and floor plans for production and fabrication teams.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations when required.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design techniques.
• Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2–5 years) as a 3D Designer in events and exhibitions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant 3D design work.
• Proficient in 3D design software (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Solid understanding of fabrication, materials, and installation processes.
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of visual storytelling and spatial design.
• Ability to interpret briefs, brand guidelines, and turn them into unique design experiences.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Experience working in the GCC or international event markets is a plus.
