Job Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer/editor with 3–4 years of experience in producing engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching and brand-aligned graphics for social media posts, stories, ads, and reels.
• Edit high-quality videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to develop visual concepts and campaigns.
• Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, and subtitles to videos for better engagement.
• Create thumbnails, banner designs, and other marketing collateral as required.
• Ensure brand consistency across all content formats and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest social media design trends and video formats.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in social media design and video editing.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with short-form video editing for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Good understanding of visual storytelling, layout design, typography, and branding.
• Knowledge of real estate or luxury branding is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and creative mindset.
