Looking for Junior Planning Engineer/Piping for one of our RLIC project.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the site.
• Collect, compile, and share daily reports from various departments or teams.
• Monitor and update daily manpower deployment and attendance records.
• Act as the liaison between the site and head office or management team.
• Maintain accurate logs of activities, incidents, and manpower utilization.
• Support the Site Manager in administrative and reporting tasks.
• Ensure timely submission of all reports to the concerned departments.
• Coordinate with vendors or subcontractors, if required, for site activities.

Mandatory criteria:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in administration, operations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in site coordination or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid QID (Qatar ID) is mandatory.
• Immediate availability is required.
