We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can identify, extract (scrape), and qualify high-quality leads to fuel our sales pipeline.
Job Responsibilities:
Scrape and extract accurate, relevant leads for USA-based businesses
Qualify leads based on service interest and business potential
Generate leads for:
- Website Development (Static, Dynamic, E-Commerce, WordPress, Custom)
- Mobile App Development (iOS, Android, Flutter, Hybrid)
- 2D/3D Graphic Design & Animation (Logo, Brand Identity, Explainers)
- Digital Marketing Services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Google Ads)
- Content Writing & Branding Services
Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, and CRM platforms
Prepare data sheets and lead summaries for the sales team
Craft compelling outreach messages for email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, actionable leads for the outbound sales team
Skills & Requirements:
· 1–3 years of proven lead generation experience (preferably in the US market)
· Strong knowledge of:
- Web & App Development life cycles
- 2D/3D Animation and Design concepts
- Digital Marketing channels: SEO, SMM, SEM
- Sales strategies and funnel nurturing
· Hands-on experience with scraping tools, lead databases, and CRM software
· Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
· Ability to understand technical services and client needs
· Fast learner with a proactive and result-driven attitude
· Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills
· Must be self-motivated and able to work independently during night hours
